The short version: your photos stay on your device. We built the app so there was never anything of yours to collect.
Venn Photo keeps the layers, blend modes, and adjustments that make up each composite you're working on in the app's private storage area on your iPhone or iPad — nowhere else on the device, and nowhere the app can be reached from except by you opening it.
A handful of small preferences — things like appearance and default export format — are stored the same way, using Apple's standard UserDefaults mechanism. These are settings, not content: none of them describe you, and none of them leave the device except as part of an iCloud device backup you control.
Venn Photo does not use iCloud sync. Your composites live only on the device you created them on, and there is no server of ours in the loop at any point.
Venn Photo asks for permission to your Photos library so you can choose source images to blend and save finished composites back to your library, in a Venn Photo album it creates for you. All blending and rendering happens entirely on-device using Apple's Metal and Core Image frameworks — a photo is never uploaded anywhere, and Burning Squirrel Productions never sees it.
You can review or revoke Photos access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Venn Photo. Without it, Venn Photo can't import new photos or save exports, but any composites already on the device are unaffected.
Deleting the app removes its on-device copy of every composite along with it. There's no "delete my account" step, because there was never an account to begin with — and nothing of yours ever left this device to begin with, either.
Venn Photo is not directed at children and isn't designed to collect information from anyone — which, given everything above, is true regardless of who's using it.
